Standard delivery to the UK is FREE OF CHARGE
Your Order will be sent via Royal Mail or Courier depending on the weight /size of your parcel.
A confirmation email will be sent to confirm delivery information
We aim to dispatch orders within 14 days after the order was placed, subject to product availability. Refunds will not be given simply because you do not wish to wait the specified time, if you need an item sooner please contact us prior to purchase. When you place an order, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Colours & Patterns are subject to availability to us and in some circumstances some colours may become unavailable - an alternative pattern or colour will be offered.
Bespoke items made to special order will normally be dispatched within 21 days.

Returns & Exchanges
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Clean/unworn goods may be exchanged or refunded if returned within 7 days of purchase. Customer is to cover return postage costs. Your refund will only begin processing when the item is received. A deduction of £3.99 will be made from the amount refunded excluding onesies and jammies sets. Onesies and jammies sets will have a deduction of £15 from the amount refunded.
Soiled goods will not be considered for exchange or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Dreamchaser Equestrian can not be held responsible for returned goods that are lost in transit.
Refunds will usually be issued back onto the payment method by which you made the initial purchase within 7 days of receipt of item back to us.
Absolutely no returns, refunds or cancellations on personalised items, once you have placed the order for ANY PERSONALISED item, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Sale Items - sale items are sent 2nd class with Royal Mail unless postage is paid, no returns on sale items they are purchased as you see them with their description.
